I was talking with Tom Rosenblatt, owner of Cedar Creek Bait and Tackle today and he asked that I post this announcement.
On Saturday July, 24 @ 11:00 Emmert Auctions (302-227-1433) will be auctioning of Cedar Creek Bait and Tackle and associated property.
This includes the Shop, 3 bedroom home, 10 campers that bring in $1950/yr and space for 40 boat trailers. The property is 1.78 acres and has 192 ft water frontage.

Wow, that sucks. That's where I get all my bait since I am in the Cedar Creek Marina. I hope someone picks it up. |

That sucks! He runs a 1st class outfit outta there. Best bait and tackle owner in the state as far as I'm concerned! |
