    Rolphs Wharf-Good News/Bad News

    Talked to Chip today from Rolph's Wharf.The good news is there is a new ramp and the Sandbar opens before Mothers Day.The bad news is the price for a seasonal pass has gone up from last year.
    Stopped by on 4/27/12 and the new ramp is looking good.The new bulkheads are in place and judging by the cranes on the barges they should have the whole job wrapped up soon.
